alt click and then freeze transform. But it destroys all constraints and expressions when you do it for the first time. -

What program are you using? In Maya you can step forward and backward with the transformations of your camera with [ and ]. -
Re: Substance Painter issue
Make sure the pivots and transforms for the low and high are exactly the same. Painter has issues with that and it's very sensitive. -

Better yet, freeze transformations on your joints. That way they will have zero rotations but stay in the current position. -
