I have the LG enV, and I'm relatively impressed with the phone's camera functions. There are definitely even higher res phone-cameras about, but this one serves me well enough. -

Re: Demo Reel Tips
I second ZacD, only if you are an animator or VFX should you focus on this. I don't remember the last time i watched a demo reel for an env artist.
