hi polycount another day another study i really want to get the proportions and skull structure right what do u think yeah i know missing some details like teeth thanks
Very cool skull concept, best part is it's not just another 'skull'...love all the little surface details, and the expression is very sinister! Hope you finish the model.
Wow, that Asaro head is in interesting tool. Yeah it looks like each plane represents the overall shape of the skull. Such as how the cheeks are formed and where every dip is on the skull.
I think now I almost know how to sculpt skull . My question is that , now what should I learn after sculpting the skull? should I start to sculpting faces of any character ?
See, with every skull you do, the next one is always better! ;) Keep at it. Few more skulls and you'll feel more comfortable getting back to sculpting full heads.
[ QUOTE ] 1. There would be skull ornaments everywhere. [/ QUOTE ] Haha! This would be the same for me, too. Hmmm just looking around this room there are too many skulls to count quickly.
Very nice work! The hair on the head though looks like it is floating ontop of the skull to me though. Maybe darken the area under the hair on the skull to give a bit of shadow?
The skull is way too shallow in the side view. If you are working in zbrush make the interface transparent and place an image of a skull in side view under your sculpt. Nice work.
Anyone knows if there's any other place that carries the Anatomytools.com skulls? I know Gnomon also carries them, but I mean like a physical store. Those are the only good replica skulls I've seen out there. Short of getting a real skull (which I really want to do if I ever figure out how)
