I recommend looking into action and fallofs (especially fallofs) next. There is nothing like lattice and FFD in Modo so you'll need fallofs. Here is the exhaustive list of tutorials - http://community.thefoundry.co.uk/discussion/topic.aspx?f=36&t=80320 This one was particularly useful - https://vimeo.com/10434206
[ QUOTE ] Despite liking the pools of blood, the 'active' blood is looking like explosions of powder atm (0:36) [/ QUOTE ] Actually that's what it looks like when you shoot something, it isn't a crazy splatter of blood like in Gears, it's a fine mist exploding from the exit wound.
Just came across this boolean addon by VLAZ. Fits nicely floating or docked onto the UI itself. Might as well share along with the UV macro. http://community.thefoundry.co.uk/discussion/topic.aspx?f=36&t=94894&page=0
Lets get this party started with something cool. in preparation for working at triumph I made a "unit" I'm not quite there yet with the style, but hey, I'm sure I'l learn when I'm making stuff. the model was made in 32-36 hours.

Hello everyone, I'm so happy to present my latest Substance Designer work. It has 36 presets and a whole bunch more variations can be created using various exposed parameters. A 100% procedural ground generator. All the variations are generated from the same graph. Was a ton of fun to work on! Have a nice day!
I wasn't saying that in regards to if it fits over his head or not. Right now it doesn't look like a racing helmet. If I take a measuring tape and wrap it around the eye line of my medium sized helmet I get a 36" circumference.
@woodesh: I dunno what game that's from, but I'm liking the style. Here's some more bttf Delorean work: Still very much a WIP, but this is after about 36 hours over the past few days. Patch modeling is a hard concept to grasp : /. Headlight/bumpers in particular need lots of work.
thanks man, I'l wrap up the presentation for her soon. for now, check out this page for full presentations. here's the finished model of the satyr, modelled in 32-36 hours. quite proud of it for having literally no idea what I was going to sculpt beforehand.
