pardon me.. im mopping up the drool here... http://www.engadget.com/2013/01/08/panasonic-reveals-20-inch-4k-resolution-windows-8-tablet/ Will for sure be interesting to see if this becomes more than a prototype, or if infact this is an indicator that we are about to see 4k PC monitors sooner than I had expected.

As many users here have a Wacom Tablet of any kind anyone else having the problem the soft grey plastic on their pens dissolving and getting sticky ? And maybe a good idea how to get this removed ? Mild soap or isopropyl wont help, very annoying to draw with this pen, even more annoying this happens on such an high price…
Wouldn't stacking UVs result in weird normal or ambient occlusion artifacts? As for my workflow I first made the low-poly, unwrapped it and then I was planning on making the high-poly from the low. Also, I can't dynamesh it because I don't have Zbrush or a tablet for it.
I think its the visual change in the forums, its just so much harder to read and interact. Feels more tablet friendly than PC friendly. Some interesting info on http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/polycount.com I miss the old PC with all its activity. =(
Having haptic feedback on your digital sculpts in zbrush would be a great addition to have. If a company made an affordable 3d haptic stylus, I feel that it could potentially speed up the process or just make it easier. It just seems more intuitive than a tablet for sculpting.
hand-painting the normals would go a long way toward this effect, which is what this krita plugin is attempting to do. Check it out, skip to around 8 min mark. I guess it works by picking up on the tilt of your wacom tablet, looks very interesting.
