Two and three get my vote. The overall designs seem quite similar, with the exception of number five, but it's the poses of two and three that feel the most fluid. -

This sounds exactly like Dare to be Digital, except that you have to develop a mobile game. I never liked Dare, their terms and conditions were dubious. -

7. when holding ctrl in maya and use the scale tool in one axis, all axis will transform except the selected axis, anything like that in max? -
