@devingeesr I been in the Polycount Main Hangout for the last 3-4hrs or so. It's usually more populated, yeah <_<' Link - https://plus.google.com/hangouts/_/event/cptqbcoc3qclpk61nnp4p8tfe5g?authuser=0&hl=en @skodone I use Topogun2 for retopology. To me, it's pretty fast and flexible. It also features a preview of how it…
Actually my crit were a matter of function as the higher contrast brings out your thumbnails, the bigger thumbnails are so they are easier to see fast, and the lowering of the content is to bring your work into a compositional butterzone on most monitors. The drop shadow crit were a matter of taste though, but it takes…
Thanks for your response, one last question I guess if i want to work in 3D concept it's better to move to Zbrush because it's more faster to design some concept on Zbrush or it's possible to work on this field by simply used any 3D software ? I mean if our workflow is good and fast we can use anything ?
Yes, who isn't though :D His book is my bible. Done loads since last post so! heres a dump. I will post more regularly from now on some portfolio pieces: http://jordylakiere.com/resources/NoldiaSmall.png and fast forwarding to some studies and practice, including my 1000 study challenge for 2017
So, after a little bit of try and error, I created a new mock up. I thought I was further, but in the end, I did like my last mock-up. So this is my new one. Any ideas? Suggestions? Rendered in 3Ds max with a skylight, so sorry for the bag quality. Needed to be fast.
Humble beginnings. I'm starting to find an actual workflow that's picking up the pace a little bit. I put together some REAL quick motion. I've come to the realization that texture perfection and polish will come in the last month or so and it's gonna be best just to lay out the behaviour as fast as I can. Concept #1…
Thanks for your encouragement :D @Rusty : In fact, I spend all my time in this contest, thats why it look likes i'm going so fast and you know ... spleeping is for weaks :p @Bruno : thanks dude :) The deadline contest is pretty close, I hope you will like this update of my 2nd skill.
you sound like you've been screaming at people all day in that video. Jesse don't take no guff. super impressed with how fast you're moving on this thing. I hope more studios start emulating your methods and stop wasting so much energy. congrats on the awesome reviews. also: this is true.
also should mention from my experience, from back years ago when i first learned to program, it does have a steep initial learning curve, but once your past that point, you learn things extremely fast, and it is easy to pick up additional languages for what ever you need.
Rigor mortis. It's a temporary state, typically lasting one to four days. If you're planning to have fast zombies, make them look "old"; slower zombies can look more fresh if you want to get technical. :shifty: Also you should check out Braindead. Best zombie movie ever.
