Do yourself a favor and just get a DVD drive. They're very cheap these days and come in handy for burning backups. If you want fast reads you should get two smaller drives that are inexpensive and put them in a RAID 0 configuration. Very fast. Two 128 GB SSD's, even if they're slower, will be faster in a RAID 0 (striping)… -
