3ds Max animation robotic arm - problem
Mechanical arm is interconnected and all joints function and hold together.. When the animation starts the end point makes arc trajectory. How can I make it to do a linear trajectory? THNX -

There was a free bioshock one (basically a very skimpy pdf--maybe 10-12 pages, iirc) around the time of release at least. I'm not sure if it's still up though. -

There are some free scripts around that will replace meshes automatically for you. You could also use the Merge command, there's an option to replace existing meshes with the same names, iirc. -

Re: Vertex Color doesn't import correctly into UDK from Maya.
In order to bring up that checkbox, choose IMPORT (not reimport) and use the same exact name, then in the options box look for the vert color option (near the bottom iirc?) goodluck! -

Situational I guess. If its for a house, why not measure your walls IRL? Generally speaking though for house type interiors my walls are 240-300cm in height -

The Megascans Starter Kit is the default set of materials included in the Suite, IIRC. If you buy the Suite as it stands, yes, it will get upgraded for free when the beta testing is over.
