Any time you get "X" shaped artifacts it is because your triangulation changed from when you bake to when you displayed. Like warren said, this is caused by NOT triangulating before the bake. Your second error seems to be more of a shading/lighting error. What engine? Do you have a cubemap/lightprobe affecting the object?
just a heads up, and i don't know if it is happening to anyone else, but going through your site, i got a lot of page load errors when linking back to the homepage from the page i was currently on... broken links maybe... but i would fine tooth come your site for errors or broken links on every single page.

As stated, if you have corners / edges that are 90 degrees to each other, you must have separate smoothing groups or you will have smoothing errors.
