Aha /facepalm! I guess I just immediately think it's a normal mapped asset whenever I see a wireframe over something. I was thinking 'how the hell did he get that mesh to look so high res'!
Ok well that's the last time I'm starting over cause a flipping scale, I'm going with the scale I got, if its screwed up so be it, I only got 3 weeks left -facepalm-
This might be a silly-silly-incoming-facepalm question buuuuuut is there a way to bake out a color on an object without having to really use the bake feature and export a diffuse? I feel like my workflow is burdened by too many steps lately.
thanks shadow with the exception of the solution to adam's building, that's exactly what I saw as soon as I posted the image and looked at it for a second. go me. brain cramps ftw... it just seemed to simple of a solution. queue the facepalm
It's already out there and i've had feedback, just not directly linked to this thread. Unfortunately it's going to say that way as you can there are some people who don't agree with me and start spreading facepalming images and dismissive single paragraphs.

Picked up the xbox version as well 2 days ago and I am totally hooked. Had a few facepalm moments already where I made some stupid decisions ^^. I love the way this game hates you.
Sounds as efficient as their customer service. "Hi, our net access has gone down." Customer Assistant: Have you tried turning your router on and off? "Yes." Customer Assistant: [Pause] Sorry, I will have to pass you onto someone else. /facepalm

I currently feel like the whole world just did a giant /facepalm. I must admit I don't use the Ribbon very often, and had no idea it was kinda context sensitive... so yes, it now works :) Thanks SpeCter!
