Texture painted stylized assets
Hi :) I've started texture painting last week, as I love the stylized look it gives to most asset (also, I found the process surprisingly relaxing). Meh figured I could just use this space to post my wips and projects that are just me playing around with new things. So on that note... I'm currently playing with this guy. So you're looking for something like this? I spammed some extra edgeloops in there and relaxed them a bit to help minimize distortion but you're going to get distortion, the tighter the angle the more distortion. If you're looking for something different an illustration of the end result would be nice. -

I woke up, did some quick work on our old Ford Bronco, took my Corvette for a cruise to a small diner up on the skyline, kicked back and relaxed, then went and watched fireworks with friends... Great day... especially with what a clusterfuck tuesday turned into.. -

Some of the advice in these slides is a little over the top sure, but honestly, for some fresh faced kids straight out of highschool that don't know any better the vast majority of it is very good advice. But really, relax, nobody is coming to take away your porn elves. -

@cptSwing yeah, with mcg a lot of old modifiers got a 2.0 it would definitely be more useful if Lattice were watertight with the option of adding custom knot meshes. @kanga I actually enjoy doing little mini-tut excercises like this. It's very relaxing. :smile: -

That's funny tho - even if I agree that FPSes are more accurate on the PC with mouse and KB, I find them much more relaxing on consoles... (when they are thought out for a console control scheme obviously!) Black, Mirrors Edge - they both felt fantastic with a controller in hands! -

Your human anatomy needs work all over. Just focus on fixing the silhouette for now. Your character needs to be in a more relaxed, correct T pose. I really recommend picking this up for study before continuing further with details https://gumroad.com/grassetti
