For sustained performance pretty much liquid cooling is going to surpass air, as long as you are placing your radiators in the correct locations. I personally will always have my radiators on the top and front which pulling in cool air across the radiators with my bottoms fans pulling in cool air for the other components.…

When i was able to screen grab the icon on max resolution on my 1440 p it came out to be around 75px by 100px so I assume it was an upscale algorithm that produced that noise from resampling too much

At work, we just tested the latest Substance Painter 20191.2 on the Nvidia 2080 with the task manager open. There wasn't a boost in map baking speeds from the 750Ti I had previously. The GPU wasn't even doing anything, we saw that everything was CPU bound.
