Hi, if you are using zbrush there is a skeleton model i think in one of the folders hit the , key i think it is and it brings up the list you can look through you'll find a head skeleton in there and perhaps some female heads and you can put yours within that one and see if it lines up, yes there will be different from the… -

For such specific requirements, it's best to find a real sculpture or replica and take photos of that I guess. -
