Ok, I understand what you're saying. Now I ask, why do you allude that thin figures are not viewed as sexy or sex objects? Plenty of Asian cultures will call women out as 'fat' or 'ugly cows' if they have any kind of curves. Many of my asian female friends had to go through this, and they were barely 125 pounds. Bratz…
Black
screen, This quote fades into center. “We'd
stared into the face of Death, and Death blinked first. You'd think
that would make us feel brave and invincible. It didn't.” ― Rick
Yancey As
the quote fades away and the camera focuses, you see a mother and
father in a forest at dusk/late sunset. The forest is very…
Really great to see all your progress! - I wonder if it would be worthwhile (depending on how the UVs are mapped) if you could use a world position to offset the U/V direction of that granite texture? It is pretty noticeable of the same pattern repeated over and over. Might be worthwhile to do for variation. Or do another…
I'd be interested in seeing a demo of this in actual 3d. I typically feel nauseous with the extreme fisheye, like the old QT VR, or the flash example above. I think mostly it's the extreme curve that happens towards the edges of the screen that draw my eye away, something that a computer monitor can't handle without some…
Thanks Kees! The area light is made using a spot light because its the only light that has a rotate-able light view prj. So I can create an area by offsetting its position left and right, up and down with a transposed light view prj. None of the other lights rotate the projection on the z axis. As I control the bias inside…
The image explains exactly why this happens. The lasso always cuts straight through the object to mask both sides. It does this regardless of the symmetry axis, and uses the current screen view / orientation. So when your object is rotated ever so slightly, it changes where the mask ends up falling on the back side…
Thanks guys, but I had no luck. Firstly I must mention I'm on 3ds Max 9. @ renderhjs: Unfortunately changing Non-scaling object size has no effect on the gizmo scale increment. The global spinner snap can help but only on repeated clicks, while during drag it works like the default 0.1 increment for Scale in Transform…
@spacefrog I figured out how this works! If you are inside a forum section, and click on the head-and-shoulders icon at the top, you can choose "Mark Category Viewed" or "Mark All Viewed". LMK if this works for you.
So I think there is a way around this, not for you tube, but with DEO VR you can view your video as side by side and 'flat' What this does is make it like looking though a picture frame/letter box instead of being 'in' the scene and this seems to get rid of the wobbly effect The good thing is that this particular view…
