We encourage job posters and applicants to use the private messaging system to apply and to chat 1-on-1, rather than replying to job threads. This keeps negotiations private as we feel they should be. That could be why you're not seeing much activity here.

The first thing I would try is going to the view tab and checking "Invert Y" and hitting apply. Marmoset use X+Y+Z+ for its normal maps and applications like Max use X+Y-Z+, so it could be a simple fix :)
