generally you need more work, I'd also try attempting a photo-realistic character bust or full model as well to demonstrate your ability. or find some concept art you can ask to use to show you can work on others styles and such.
Ears are really poor. Bust is anatomically incorrect, specially that part around the neck. Try practicing sculpting realistic faces and full characters rather than this. Don't avoid (or hide) parts you don't know. Grind on them instead then show them and ask for critique.
So some poor schlub has to surf every corner of polycount, scour it for the golden bits so you don't have to? That's a lot harder than just busting through the WAYWO thread. Also the kinds of gold that you're asking for don't drop on a regular basis.
i made this one up when my clan buddy (Phukyumoto) tried to fool me and come around behind me once playing Quake2....I busted him and killed him and then typed: DFWM he seemed to understand cause he replied with hahahahaha
looks great! coincidentally, i've been working on a bust of this guy. he does seem sort of tall, or maybe the coffin should be bigger. are you going to texture him? one of the main reasons i started working on this guy was to try and match his painting style.

Super solid work, going right into the inspiration folder. If I had to complain (and it's being nit-picky) I'd say everything is pretty monotone, with the exception of the second to last bust. That could just be the art of the game, but that's what stands out to me. Great artwork though!
in refrence to scott's comment, i'd like to see the same. and as it will be a wiki, everyone will be able to help. i'd personally like to see the wiki replace the existing resources and links sections on the site completely. no more busted links as we'd have everything locally. it would be a good thing.
