Thanks, that's a great help. Initially I was not that convinced of inserting a gamma adjustment layer that might have to be enabled and disabled based on the situation, but after thinking bout it a bit more I think, the best approach might actually be to just leave the gamma adjustment permanently turned on in the PSD…
Are you asking how to enable vertex colors on the mesh inside marmoset? The material has this option: Even tested it out to make sure it carries over on export, and can be read by marmoset.
Yes, could you post a few more images (all at the same camera angle): Low poly with wireframe enabled Low poly with cage display visible High poly Thanks
Hey DinkyDonkey! Choose the draw brush and after that choose a brush alpha(square or triangle alpha) then enable it and after that hit space and choose brush mask. Is this to what you were referring to?
Oh, my mistake then Eric. I thought that the suite was also supposed to set up the whole scene in toolbag. But the issue with window focus once cross-app is enabled is still a problem.
Enable Customize (Preferences:Config:Enable Customize), and then Ctrl+Alt+Drag everything off the shelf. When the shelf is cleared and you disable customize, it will resize and collapse the area since it isn't being used.
PC version just got released and mods are already abound. http://www.pcgamer.com/2014/04/24/dark-souls-2-modded-durantes-gedosato-enables-downsampling-texture-modding/
I work way faster in Blender than I do in Maya, and that's probably true of anyone who's learned the keyboard shortcuts and got a few key extensions enabled. It's a good tool.
Yeah, it's in reference to troop vision. In Back in Action, apparently all enemy troops are visible from the outset. Which is kinda lame, especially if, as I've heard, there's not even an option to enable fog.
In Max, make sure you use the modifier (VRayDisplacementMod) not just the material, and make sure Keep Continuity is enabled. Help file https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VRAY3MAX/Displacement+Modifier+|+VRayDisplacementMod
