Well.. if this is your object of headache.. you beveled and subdivided one and somehow you got problems with the resulting "high poly geometry" while backing.. so there might be something you did which might "not fit" according the baking process in Substance.. There's more to it than that. When you have to shove 10 or 15 assets onto the same texture page, figure out how to share space and manage the LOD UVs it starts to be a lot of work. I've seen UV sets for prop sets take talented people a couple of weeks to put together
