Day 38 Hammer Well its been awhile. Took a nice long break and got a new computer! Everything is running so fast. Its amazing. Anyway, I finally got around to making something real quick.
http://epicgames.com/news/epic-games-launches-new-seattle-studio/ Pretty cool to see Epic expanding out beyond the East Coast. Anyone hear any update about the studio they wanted to build in Maryland to help the layoffs from 38 Studios?
A super quick sketch so I can keep this Idea in my mind in order to refine it "today/tomorrow" its 2:38 CEST so idk well after I got sleep i will refine it. Up for graps btw ^^
hmm i tried that ,but it didn't work.I think my main worry is tha i can't seem to communicate any more . i see most people as my enemy. yeah i am 38 now, not too old, but oldish
Just testing out some of the UDK APEX tech, still WIP but very cool never the less. (skip to like 0:38) [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A4xfmEzsgNA"]Recruits - Video Log 9 - YouTube[/ame] IndieDB
Day 36: Worked some on the boots highpoly. Still WIP. Day 37, 38: Worked on the retopo of the sword and sheathe, to get it ready to texture. Since it goes on UVWs separated from the character map I will probably texture it beforehand as well.
Here are two speedpaintings from refence: No color picking, and just using hard brush: 38 mins: And 32 mins: Somehow, this last one was very chalenging, a lot of similar, yet quite contrasted colors, so it was hard to get the right colors
Printed on a CR-10... Shumpy, Half-orc stonemason of the Mason's Guild, and his friend the Gnoll Warlock... And they're only 33 and 38 mm tall, on an FDM printer (a CR-10, using Zyltech PLA). Still have a little cleanup on the Gnoll.
Necro bump. Didn't feel like new thread is needed. REDKit is released (or rather will be soon), in mean time: Patch to game: http://static.cdprojektred.com/redkit/files/Patch%203.4.exe REDKit: http://static.cdprojektred.com/redkit/files/TW2EE_REDkit.exe http://static.cdprojektred.com/redkit/files/TW2EE_REDkit-1a.bin…
ya, good call guys. didn't dawn on me it might be the alarm. It usually runs like 32-38 C without any crazy stuff going on. I'll do a check on it when I'm rendering. Have a suspicion its set low. thanks!
