unless the game was specifically designed to be output at 1080p, rather than being upscaled. you won't see any difference at all. i did see a difference on screens though, looked at an LG37" 1080i screen, next to the new 1080p model, both playing casino royale on bluray, and there really was a difference. kinda cool... -

I'm with gauss, had this problem last year at school, as we were using lcd screens, my texture weren't looking the same at all on the lcd and on the crt, then I used the little tool provided with photoshop (the gamma loader if I'm correct) and set both screens to match the same color profile, and everything was cool ! -

I had a lot of jobs where I did data entry. Puttin numbers from one screen into a second screen. Whenever I get frustrated at work, I just remember that I'm making some sick art of a giant ray gun that's going to be blasting a space ship, and you can't get much cooler of a job than that. -

Looks like you started with a too high rez. Unless you are experienced the work is always going to look like lumpyvill. Start low, get the layout right, then go in and define the sculpt. Really? Wow. That would probably be Vita's first killer title. Even though like most of its other good games, its available on other platforms. Will probably look really nice on the screen. Jet Set, I'm not so sure on. The screen isn't high-res enough and all those straight lines might not look so great on the Vita :( -

Game engines only support so many polys on screen at once, different engines support different amount of poly counts. Every object on the screen in order to keep the polygon count down has to be (dumbed down) to give it a name and be of lower polygon count. normally items that the character interacts with are a bit higher… -
