Getting awful Nope in here. I think the general silhouette is extremely "relaxed" for CK. You have some primary block forms, but thats it. Push it to the limit, learn from past concepts.
they've interviewed you so they like you and your work, relax and do it :) Everyone knows what its like to start out. just dont pee in the pot plants and you'll be grand.
Not trying to pose the hand, but rather rotate it all at the elbow to a more relaxed look :P Though this is how it looks now http://i.imgur.com/EkY22Jg.png Still haven't gotten around to rotating the elbow Heh.
Nice sculpt! I think a twist or side bend will help loosen up the torso a bit and add to the pose though. Just so he feels more relaxed on that throne. Lovin the concept and direction!
ehmm... no need to do a script for that. Just apply a UVW Mapping modifier and select "Face" instead of "Planar". Edit: Additionally, you can collapse that. Open the UVW Unwrap. Select all faces and "Relax".
Hey, some of the edges might be a little too harsh on the highpoly to bake as well as you would like. Maybe relax the edge control on them a little bit. Nice model apart from that though :)
Everyone is making a great job over here :) I'm going to sleep now, so I'll try to post some critiques tmr. My relaxed arm, I'll go for flexed right now :)
Maybe make some space cake to help relax the anxiety a bit? Be careful with dosage though, since it takes a while to take effect, and you might eat some more, resulting in too much.
I think the way you have it is pretty good IMO, just make sure to put on a checker texture and get it as close to the mark as possible. If you're using 3DS Max, there's always the relax tool.
You can stitch your UV's together for the floor so it seamlessly goes across the floor. It looks a bit tight at the moment, would relax some of the layout with wider gaps and what not. Good stuff.
