Try assigning a new material to the high poly and give that a go - I think (not too sure) that if you have a diffuse assigned to the material, and bake from that - it will also include the diffuse bake that in to it
Thanks for that. I assigned Show Cage to F5. It still requires a few other hot keys, not sure how he gets it done so quick, probably has macros assigned?
Is there a color map available or a list of color codes of materials, I'd like to try assigning those colors to defuse in modo and export out as an OBJ to see if Quixel assigns the materials automatically.

Are you using different materials or to put it in better terms have you assigned multiple materials in max/maya/blender etc and assigning the translucent shader to the bits that are translucent? EDIT: Too slow.
