To be honest, I don't find these current-gen massively-modular environments very fun or memorable. This is just my personal opinion, but I do kind of miss layouts more like Zelda, where 90% of the level design had a purpose. To me, those were memorable and nostalgic. I'd say that isn't the way you're supposed to paint skin tones, in the diffuse or spec. There's supposed to be way more tonal variances. Nose should be more red. Experience depends on what I am using the mentor for. I don't think they necessarily need ten years experience in AAA if getting job there isn't my goal. If their art is good, it's good.
