Because... it's fun? And games are meant to be fun. (As many have already said, if it suits the art direction/mood/theme/etc...) I don't think something like Tetris is lacking fun because there's no sexy people, but I do think that, say, an RPG is more fun when it has a sexy lady to play as.
Fun model! I would have like to see the wireframe (always show it when asking for feedback), but the end result looks good. The renders with the orange background look the best to me. The room is fun, but imo distracts from the main work. You did commit a cardinal sin, though... Where's the lasagna?
It's still not here... Yet... But then again, maybe, if most of the "disgruntled fans" chose something else than the usual rifleman + fencer/tk/cm templates, and didn't afk-grind their way to mastery, then they'd actually have fun for once.
MW4 was fun, but playing in a League made the game sooooo much better, especially being a fan of the books. I'm glad this stuff is coming out, just hope that it all ends up working and the community picks up more.
I'm a fan of your work, you've managed to pull off a cool style and the game looks fun. But for a game called 'Bears Can't Drift' he sure is drifting the shit out of that cart! Keep up the good work!
Mariokart for the DS (as long as you're playing with 2+ people with a DS) I don't play a lot of PSP games, but Daxter's fun if you're a fan of the Jak & Daxter series, but Star Wars Battlefront II is really good too.
Been going through this aswell. Thankfully im more aware of it since it happens a lot. It still sucks though. Basically the thought process goes like this: Ok I want to be a better artist! Art is fun. Make art. Oh snap I suck. That's ok art is fun! Make art. Oh snap I suck. That's ok art is fun! Make art. Oh snap I suck.…
