Wippage. If anyone knows the 2d artist, lemme know so i can credit him/her n ask them for permissions to art they biz :poly122: EDIT: Original concept by Brian Matyas! (thanks lotet ^^)
It's probably because of really messy geometry with lots of n-gons (polygons with more than 4 vertices) and/or messed up UV's / smoothing groups. Post some wifeframe pics and show the UV layout.
Thomas Nicholas Courtman Courtman is apparently from Viking descendent deriving (from what research I have done) from Kortman. Thnom is just Tom, spelt Thom with the n from Nicholas.
Your low poly needs to match the high poly closely, add an edge loop down the middle of each part and pull them outwards, and absolutely no n-gons like that, they look like missing edges.
Amazing effort on all these concepts this round guys n gals! These get more polished and impressive each time :) A little behind due to a holiday-induced cold: please swing by the voting thread for Challenge 46!
On GitHub, use the ZIP button (to the right of "Clone in Windows"). Open up the zip, and put what's in the Installer folder into a new zip file. Change the extension to MZP. Then start Max and drag-n-drop that onto the viewport.
Hey all! i just wanted to share some of my more recent illustration work. For more of my work, and contact info for commissions, check out my website: http://www.njvalenteart.com/ Thanks for looking!! -N
What causes the 'half-black half textured' issue when adding vertices to a face? Is that probably a buggy normal of an N-gon? Thought I'd check from something I encountered but resolved before on my own
When creating the cage, go under tool settings for your move tool, youd change it from object to normal. Then select your cage's verts with the move tool and move your verticies across the 'N' axis.
