thanks i didn't knew all those maps are used in fps arms . i think i will go with the relaxed pose because my character will be holding a gun . -

sounds like a great idea. If your not gonna do poses I would atleast suggest having one arm T-posed and the other in a more relaxed pose. -

Those edges are super tight! Might want to relax them for a better bake! Also Post your ref so we can look for any inaccuracies :P -

Saddest part though that is not just other companies, employees in the same company can sometimes be very secretive with there knowledge, no one is ever really relaxed even at their own company. -

Well...you could just model everything at half res...unwrap, then subdivide and push/pull verts around..and if your uvs get too distorted then relax the uvs? -

Umm, ok Adam. Exercise is excerise. When I sit down to play a video game, I'd like to relax, not gamer-cise. They're two differant things.
