If you have a decent Mac then you can run a Windows (95/98) emulator and then NPherno's MD3 compiler. But I have no clue how much of a hassle it is to set that up.
There is a option to set the properties of a "exe" to run in a emulated enviroment ie "Dos, win 95, 98 etc" there should be compatiblitly tab when you view the properties, that might work?

should i mention this is about the environment? it's a level for DOD:S. all (95%) content is custom made. characters and weapon models are still original game content supplied with the game itself.
