First I took several ingame screenshots from different angles. Then i imported the images into Fusion 360 and calibrated the desk to my wish height of 760mm and started modelling. It's really easy with Fusion as long as there are enough edges and corners. It's not really finished, but I don't need a perfectly finished desk…

Seriously? Maybe you were playing it on a 360, cause I saw a lot of it being played on a PS3, and there were blurry noise textures EVERYWHERE, particularly when playing cards...
Demographics of players has changed a lot since then. Technology has as well, the PS3/360 opened up a lot of doors for what types of visual styles were achievable on consoles.
That game is AWES0ME! We laughed so hard when we played that, damn, I need to get back to playing it. Wish this was on 360, would be great for our gaming nights.
