Looks good, but I should try to add some volume to the neck, at the bottom of his skull, also add some mucle anatomy for the neck to fill the extra volume. I think the neck is thin for that big head.
Hi! I'm new to zbrush too, so I can't help with your workflow. But I notice that the skull from front seems to be too narrow. Otherwise I really like it, good luck with your work!
wow these sculpts really remind me of the darksiders style, looks great! also, is that concept from D3? looks very similar to the skeleton king on his throne. Loving the almost comical nature of the skull :) nice work.
The collar might be due to smoothing groups, try changing the ones on the outside of the collar. Also your hands are a little small, and try looking at some more facial and skull reference to really get the shape of the face down.

Looking nice so far. You might try giving her hair a bit of volume though if you weren't already planning to - right now it looks very slicked against her skull. Keep it up! :)
Skullman, another evil boss baddie from the Megaman universe. What's funny is that he a direct knockoff of Woodman. The leaf cutter is just the same as the skull shield. Oh well. I'm still rigging him so he may look a bit funky right now.
The figure looks anatomically wonky. The crotch comes down to about the first thumb knuckle. So the arms could be shorted or the abdoman longer. The zygomatic bone crosses the skull. The way you have it it gives the head an odd box shape. The deltoids look strange and the dip you made could be reduced to a harder line…
Something that has bothered me for quite a while whenever I see a Draenei model is how everyone does their horns. Unlike those from a Satyr or animals of some sort they look more like beeing made of bones covered with skin and blending into the skull and not actually horns portruding through the skin of the head and…
