Hi, polycount community. :) I want to share a short showcase video of my environment. Soon It will available on UE4 marketplace. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rYEoi2cg_CY&fbclid=IwAR1zbwwRVZRJVRXZrV2OpZJZ3ZAIPPvft5kPiA-C1uesYVU7KrcHoaZo2zw
just a thought, but competitions don't have to have prizes, If the competition has a cool theme and a good platform to showcase the work (wips, results) I think people would still join.
Will definitely make you stand out. Wish you the best of luck! You should post this in the UE4 community forums. Will definitely get you showcased in their weekly live-stream!
Model looks great, what did you use to render? Did you use floating geometry ? Im not a fan of ow you are showcasing the UV sheet the the normal square that way
It seems this shall be my 1st full environment my 1st attempt at hand painting textures, my 1st showcase of work on polycount, and my 1st polycount Challenge all in one :)
Just published 2 new mats in my Gumroad shop. https://gumroad.com/plyczkowski Big thanks to Arvin Villapando (arvinmoses) for letting me use his model to showcase them.
Love your creature designs! I agree with Skuee's comments above, especially if you intend the site to be a showcase of your best work. A gallery would be more organized and easier to navigate.
Yeah, Vig. If I was to do it I'd do with what you have said and what I hear all the time : Clean, basic, quick access to the REAL showcase of your work.
Made this Japanese Alleyway using UE 5 EA to push my abilities in photorealistic rendering using a real-time workflow. Link to my Artstation: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/14842Z Full Video Showcase: https://youtu.be/s-09xUneKxw
