A quick recommendation would be to have your sun overhang the facility at an angle, then go into your time of day settings and play with your ray and scattering settings to increase their viability, tweak there colour and change the suns attenuation. It will help make your work the focus of the scene and not the bleaching… -

FYI looking at a sharp light does not cause retinal detachment. Always ask a doctors advice on medical issues. My mother had a retinal detachment a few years ago.
