Re: [3ds Max] miauu's Tab Panel
When you convert a toolbar to a tab you can't access this toolbar via Customize UI. If the tabs breaks... I don't know what can breaks them, but there is a chance this to happen. Restarting 3ds max will load all tabs. -

Being a specialist is good for breaking into the industry, getting a first gig at a big studio etc. The smaller the studio, the larger the skillset needs to be. Its way harder to be hired as a generalist without a pretty broad portfolio and experience, obviously. But a good team needs a mix of generalists and specialists. -

Game models don’t use UDIMs, so I would avoid that. Just break your model into logical parts, and make atlases for each. Two to three should be enough. -
