I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 17 7000 for 3d work and I've been really impressed by the performance. 17" suits me just fine :D but it is a bit bulky/haevy to carry around. I've heard the 500 million polygons per second peak rate as well... Could a game push 17 million polygons per frame on the XBox 360... I really want to say no way in hell. 17 million static polygons with one set of UV coords could potentially be several hundred megs of raw uncompressed data. That's just uv mapped… -

Its not really the parents that make the rating system so bad, its the stores that refuse to sell anything NC-17 or AO, you can't advertise a NC-17 a AO movie on tv. And really, what the difference between 17 and 18 year olds? pretty much nothing, kids start being exposed to sex, drugs, and language when they are 12-14!… -

16 looks definitely functional, assuming that the wall is to the right, and the 'handle' thing near the top of the right hand side and the cage near the bottom are moved to the sides of the pillar instead of the "back"... 15 looks good as some sort of free-standing transmitter relay, if a lot thinner, sort of like a sci-fi… -
