I work today on the concept #13
I'm going to make a warlord, with an attraction to the voodooisme, but I have to define, more precisely his ability

The head is just here to see his size

I hesitate on the position of the polycount head
I need to find a good shape for his head too

i like that your placeholder head looks like hes wearing a luchadore mask it would be neat to see a character with that style. i like the voodoo idea as well. very interesting stuff

I think this head is more rabbit like than the previous

the ability of the rabbits to burrow and reproduce quickly allows them to bolster the norm forces while taking minimal casualties...duuuuugh that paired wif their speed and agility is the perfect counter for lumbering demon lords

Like the concept

SOmehow the proportions in 3d dont quite match the consept...

things I see on the fly are:

Head should tilt forward a bit and be a bit deeper, a bit more hunchback or how you call it...

Arms should be a bit thicker and more bulcky, or rather shoulders up a bit and shortening the lower body - legs seem to be a bit too long too...

The forearm protectors seem a little more present in the concept, maybe a bit shorter (with the arms) and a bit more massive (wraping them around the forearm a bit more ?!)

Overall just a little more squash in height?!

Keep it up! I want to see the same feel in 3d as with your concept because it's awsome !!!
