  Hey man I like your ideas but they are being hurt by the proportion issues in your drawings. Try using something like posemaniacs.com / 3d.sk to find a body type to work off of. Even if your goal is a stylized character with different than life proportions it helps to understand real life ones, so you know where to properly push areas.

  please see desaturated arm in the 2nd image. I used some proportions from a model on 3d.sk. Other proportions were exagerated
