OK, well I'm new to to Dominance war and other competitions. However, I look forward to starting. For now I am not entirely certain of which direction I will go in, in terms of topic but I will most likely go in the direction of demons.

I have finally been able to get started. I am still not entirely sure what type of character I want to create however I will either make an invoker or Demon Lord. Below I have some initial sketches. Any suggestions or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think 11 might be your best bet out of this lot. If you worked the strappy/ bandaged motif throughout the costume and perhaps even onto the weapons and whatnot it could make for an interesting piece.

5 is the strongest out of that lot. You should probably try a bit more variation in your designs though. They're all pretty similar guys with capes and staves.

ok, here I am trying to expand my horizon of concepts. At the moment it isn't much but I thought I should post a few things for now

I like this bottom concept in particular but I am not sure if it fits in a category. I originally thought it could be an invoker because in terms of the person on the machine whose magic energy would be the power source. I also thought it could be cyborg since the design includes both person and machine. However, I am not sure if thats allowed. Any clarification on this matter would be helpful.

Hey Kosh. I noticed you were asking for assistance in the Help and Inspiration thread so I've done a little paintover for you. It's not a great piece of work by any means, but maybe it'll give you some more ideas.

@ Jackablade: Wow, nice paint over! Thanks for taking the time to do that. I like your use of the wiring. I'll look into adding something like that to the design bellow.

Just adding some more details and breaking the silhouette a bit. This should pretty much be the final design unless there are any other suggestions.

Shield idea is cool. Because of the Asymmetry, I would try putting the shield on the other side and making the shoulder with the missile launchers and spikes much bulkier.

Warrior stance is where you stand with one foot in front of the other, I think your character might look pretty cool holding his shield forward while standing in warrior stance with a big rocket/spike shoulder toward the back.

I haven't posted anything in a while. Sadly I haven't been able to but here I've made some changes to my design and if there aren't any suggestions this should be the last stage of my design

At long last I have done some 3D. It isn't that great so far, I always have trouble with heads. In any case could someone make some suggestions? Also, it would be nice to know any tips on how to go about making the ear. Thanks.

I decided to just go ahead and try to make the ear. This is how it turned out so far. I also made some tweaks to the chin and forehead. Does anyone have any suggestions?
