Hi I'a a student at ITT Tech in Rancho cordova CA. I have been givin a assignment to interview a person in my field of study, more importantly on texture artists and animators.
What skill sets are required for your position?
What is the work environment like?
How did your skills and education compare with who you work for?

To be fair, your general interview is not handled over an internet message board. Also, if you did actually want to conduct an interview over an internet message board, typing your requests out carefully would be a priority. If you live in CA, it shouldn't be that hard to find texture artists or animators to interview. CA has tons of game companies, as well as studios for 3D film production and special effects. Just call up one of those companies, and ask if you can get an interview with someone. People like attention, sooner or later you are bound to find at least one industry insider to talk to.
