This is Sleet. He is a superhero who uses his power over ice to create weapons to fight with. Before gaining his power he was a champion Marksman, so he tends to favor creating functioning guns/rifles out of ice.

    lol nice back story but what REALLY counts is polycount, wireframe, texture treatments, your overall process of making this guy. i like the colors, the model looks pretty good except i wish his visor was reflective ...his neck looks kinda weird if you look at the side view real hard...i dont know if your neck is suppose to taper into your head like that unless his head shrunk to fit in his mask.

    Nice proportions but he's too much Power Ranger for me, if he's an ice dude maybe you could make him to look like ice and then the armour could be metal to break the model up, either that or rocket boots/rocket backpack with the current design.
