  looks pretty good overall, although i would try to avoid that pole right between the eyebrows. you could probably run the loop from the centre of the nose all the way up over the top of the head, and have a bit cleaner geometry in between the eyebrows there.

  thanks , btw , i have a problem with ears modeling , didn't try any tutorial yet though !! ..

  the question is, what are you planning to do with this model, when you want to sculpt on it you wouldn't need to model the ears, just give it some geometry so you have enough flexibilty when sculpting the ear forms
