Decemeber will be a busy time, so I'll likely not finish, but who knows?
Taking a twist on it, I'm ditching any contempory time setting and think I've narrowed it down to:
Trouble at Mill: Victorian lady, gentleman and circus strongman vs working class zombies
Cowboyz vs Injuns: 2 or 3 apache warriors and a band of zombie cowboys.

He's at about 700 polygons at the minute, so I'll model in a mouth opening for some expression stuff.
He could very eaasily be a gunslinger, but at the minute he's Mr Grimsdale, owner of t'mill.

Started working up Bill:
The first might work in some situations, but because of the weapons I want to be able to pose the hands.
I did a wee bit more on him last night and laid out most of his UVs. I think he weighs in at about 750 polygons, and I'm sure his sledgehammer is about 60.
Fucking hell, those are failry low rise denims he's sporting. I better left those a few inches.

Though i have no idea what his jeans are so spacious in the waist area? planning for suspenders?

the suspenders would probably be worth the deadache i'd reckon.
The following week is pretty busy, and I'm away all next weekend, so there'll not be much more progress though I'd like to texture up Mr Wentworth/Pickworth/Whatever.
Teriyaki - There is filtering going on, it's whatever Silo is doing to it. I'll try to get him rigged and get some max grabs.
You could also get some nice highlights on his britches as they go over the shoulder, would break up the materials nicely IMHO.
