Very interesting challange here for the env guys:))) Will love to join it:)
Actualy this is my 1st post here in the forum, i read it from some time and here i am
The provided concepts are realy great, "concept 13" is my choice realy love the colors and the mood in it:)
here is the original concept:

It's very rogh atm, and the details above are not 100% final, will need to make some closeups on the platform etc.
No robots:poly122: But noone sayd no ships:poly142: so i plan to model the ship aswell and use it landed as point of interest.
I wil lwork alone on this, all my friends and dudes in the office are pretty busy atm so no teams:)

Added some more detail on the landig zone and did proprtion and size fixes
Nice quick start and rough model.
Just a quick note, not sure if you put the humans in for scale or if you intended them to be in the final piece. I'm could be wrong but thought that characters where banned. I would hate to see entrys dismissed because of a technicality. (might be worth checking the rules, to make sure.)
But good start look forward to seeing more.

is this a polycount entry? doesn't look evil at all..
agree. Looks cool but needs some evil mojo going on. You should explore with making all the open space towards the bottom with evilness. Giant tenticles.. volcano eruptions etc... This alone doesn't have an "unearthly" or extreme feel.
And it will become eaaaviiiil
just for the storry: this docks are pirate ones:)) i plan some nasty flags with bones etc looted thingies on the platforms, dirty and aged textures etc:) har-har!
NOW its looking polycount-ick
that's an amazing paintover man! went from 'defenders of the people' to 'pirates biatch' real nice.
