In case you've not seen this... A game called Limbo of the Lost is being accused of massive plagarism from multiple games including oblivion.

This game has to be an elaborate joke anyways - initials are LOL after all. If not ... crazy.

wow... it just gets worse reading through all the forums. i guess when only 3 people are making a game this is the way to do it lol. hopefully they got some kind of advance from the publishers to help their legal fund

This has grown to truly epic proportions. The list of plagiarised sources is pretty ridiculous at this point. Stock poser assets, a WETA bust, motifs from the LOTR RTS main menu, even the concept art includes badly-done traces of movie stills (someone pointed out a goblin creature from Legend).

I need to torrent this game just for the hell of it.

This takes the cake, though. The dev lead here is asking about copy protection options because he can't stand the thought of anyone stealing his game. Epic fail.

"I just want to stop people copying the game onto their harddrives and then giving the media to someone else to put on their machines. etc."

Also, note the banner (the game was developed on the Wintermute engine). Brilliant!
