we'll have to see how many people show up, with e3 pretty much gone it'd be pretty awesome if we made quakecon the official polycounter meetup event. its warm, there's a bunch of gamers, tournaments, vendors, people always showing off a bunch of new games, lots of cool stuff to see, and its all free, all you gotta do is come down.

> I try to make it a point to go to the QuakeCon every other year, since a thousand dollars a trip is a bit too much for me to make this an annual event. My hotel room and plane ticket are already booked for this year's trip, and I have a spot in the BYOC. I'd love to meet up with the other Polycounters, although I don't think that I'll recognize anyone from here anymore, since it's been so long since I was a part of this community.
