No real drama, just wanted to drop the nickname.

I held onto the name for a decade, a couple years ago I planned to drop it when we shipped UT3 as that had a nice
sense of closure for me.

Mostly because due to Id making Quake a decade back, I got the chance to make UT3 now and with that behind me, I don't see any need to hold onto the nickname anymore.

Forget the model database, we need a database of all the people who's changed their names over the years. Too many to keep track of who's who. Bah! At least you're starting at 1 post. Too often there's some new name that I've never seen before and somehow they already have a few hundred posts. So confusing.

Hey Kevin! Yeah I've thought of dropping the whole handle thing as well. My real name is Forrest Crump though, so it tends to have more staying power than anything I could think of. Anywho, nice work on UT3 man.

I think everyone is moving towards this. This is the only place I still have my "sonic" name because it has been that way on here since I was a wee lad. Now that I actually work and try to maintain a semi-professional

image I go by Lee Harris everywhere.
