  looking great.. while its not the most exciting idea, i still love the style..
  its ok with the rules I think: "Here's the catch: mix an existing or mythical creature with some sort of object or other creature... Trannysaurs Rex, (dinosaur + transvestite)." ..when dinosaur with tranvestite is ok, why not aligator with gladiator?

  The gator just looks like a plain animal so I'm going back to the drawing board. I also have a question about the texture. It is 128x128 diffuse so how does the alpha work into that? Is it a separate 128x128 or just a color on the diffuse?

  I would venture to say you'd just use the alpha channel of the texture.
  
  though I dig the Ox-Box, though I would capitalize on how huge the system is, and incorporate the ox's massive size into it as well.
