Probably futaba. They make the servos used to control the robot (and apparently the robot also). The servos are very common for RC cars/planes/boats. I'm assuming they used one of their RC Helicopter gyros for balance... then some cool programming

You can get The Hitec version for 999 as a kit in the states. Doesn't look like the software is as user friendly though.
