I hope I don't annoy people by posting plastic now and then

Here's the german tiger, a 1:35 scale model I just finished. It's a good change from pc work and I can still apply what I learned from texturing pc models.
I don't know how to take good pictures of small models, everything looks so yellowish in the photos.

Thanks! I was working on this for 4 months now, but there are lots of waiting times so it's propably 20-40 hours of real work.
The zimmerit is made by eduard, it's etched metal and you can use it on any tiger model.

This one is 1/35 and Tamiya too. I never tried to paint soldiers, I'm afraid they'll ruin any illusion of realism if I paint them.

Damn man, really well done. It's great how the armour actually looks like thick steel plates rather than painted plastic. I reckon you have done a better job than what you typically see in Tamiya magazine. I actually have about 8 unfinished kits lol, just lost the patience and free time I suppose.

Cool, it's always good to hear that I'm not the only nerd building plastic tanks at the age of 24

I'm also quite slow because of a lack of time, but sometime working on plastic is more relaxing than doing anything more fun but also more hectic.
