It's a Tec-9. The Tec-9 is actually a semi-auto pistol, eventhough it's often portrayed as a full-auto in a lot of movies. The picture shown on that wikipedia page doesn't have the spiffy muzzle shroud as seen on Jack Burton's gun, but if you do a quick google image search, you'll find all sorts of pictures.
[edit] The wiki page says it can easily (and illegally, of course) be converted to full-auto, so I guess it isn't necessarily inaccurate for it to be portrayed as a full-auto in movies.
