What happen to Ultimate Unwrap3D website??

I am just curious, what the hell happen to Ultimate Unwrap3D website? This is a very lovely tool and I am sure a lot of game artist here use it.. just wondering what happen to it. The site is now just a blank page. And I google and can't find anything about what happen to them......Anyone know?
